I became an attorney because I wanted to help people through difficult times in their lives. Throughout college, law school, and my legal career, I was blessed to work with wonderful attorneys who deeply cared about their clients and their community. That same heart for service and care for the client inspired me to found Worsley Law PLLC.

My vision for Worsley Law PLLC was to establish a client-centered estate planning practice that allowed me to have a full circle relationship of trust and understanding with my clients. Throughout the estate planning process, I want to be the person who meets with the client, provides explanations, and meets the client’s needs every step of the way.

Estate planning can sometimes feel overwhelming. I will meet you where you are in a judgment-free and pressure-free environment. Whether we are revising old documents or starting with a blank slate, I will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of what kind of estate plan is best for your unique family, circumstances, and assets.

Providing a concierge-level estate planning experience is my goal. I envisioned a firm with low overhead, but high value to my clients—-where I can spend the time needed to get to know your needs, answer your questions, and ensure you really understand your estate plan. With your permission, I also coordinate with the other professionals on your team. I love working with your financial planner, wealth manager, and/or CPA to ensure that your estate plan is in place for all of your assets. I’m happy to have your initial consultation at your financial planner’s office if that is more comfortable for all.
